In honour of the 100th anniversary of an important tale of gothic horror, the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society and Helios House Press are delighted to present Night-black Deeds: An Enriched Edition of H.P. Lovecraft’s ‘The Shunned House’. This new book includes a substantial editor’s preface, the Lovecraft poem ‘The House’, an extensively annotated rendering of Lovecraft’s ‘The Shunned House’, and three original essays with full-colour illustrations.
The annotated text features extensive notes by Sean Branney & Andrew Leman of the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society and N.R. Jenzen-Jones of Helios House Press, and is supplemented by an extended editor’s preface by Dr Jenzen-Jones.
The book is completed by three fascinating new essays exploring different aspects of the tale by Lovecraft scholars Donovan Loucks, Bobby Derie, and Sean Branney. This book is printed in full colour on premium paper and quarter-bound in quality bookcloth.
